Thursday meet and greet buffet at Cherokee Rose – $47

Price includes gratuity for staff

  • Smoke grilled ribeye with horseradish cream

  • Sauteed green beans with shallots
  • Potato hash with balsamic onions and peppers

Friday lunch catered by Cherokee Rose – $15

  • Pulled pork with BBQ sauce
  • Rolls
  • Southern potato salad
  • Garden salad buttermilk dill dressing

Friday dinner – $10

  • Split croissants
  • Chicken salad
  • Deli turkey & ham
  • Hummus & crudite

Saturday lunch – $7

  • Taco bar with chicken, beef, and bean tacos and all the fixin’s

Saturday dinner – $7

  • Pizza delivery with side salad

Sunday lunch – $25

  • Rotisserie chicken & huacatay
  • Vegetable chaufa (Peruvian fried rice) & aji amarillo
  • Salad Peru romaine, tomato, red onion and avocado with creamy cucumber dressing

Sunday dinner – TBD estimated $7

We were unsure if people would be leaving early to prepare for their departure, or if most people would be staying for an evening meal. When we have a firmer head count, we will plan a menu.
